We are looking for a Marketing Coordinator to be an integral part of the marketing team. The Marketing Coordinator will be a key contributor to the company’s marketing efforts, playing a role in planning, executing, and optimizing various initiatives. Key responsibilities will include coordination and execution of marketing activities, assistance with content creation, website management and tracking, as well as tradeshow and inventory management. The successful candidate will have excellent organization skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and execution of tradeshows. This includes coordinating show logistics, sponsorships, and packing and shipping of tradeshow and promotional materials.

• Maintain and update the content calendar to align marketing activities with content schedules and promotional opportunities.

• Manage the submission of ads, press releases, and promotional content to media partners in accordance with the content calendar.

• Assist in creating and updating marketing materials, including ads, brochures, presentations, and other promotional materials.

• Implement digital marketing strategies including email campaigns and online advertising, and track key performance indicators.

• Manage and update content on the company website and social media platforms (LinkedIn and YouTube).

• Utilize web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics) to track website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates. Participate in discussions with the website vendor and provide insights to improve user experience and achieve marketing goals.

• Maintain an organized inventory of marketing collateral, tradeshow materials and promotional giveaways.

• Update and maintain company technical product data sheets.

• Coordinate ordering and printing of marketing materials with external vendors.

• Assist in proofreading and editing for accuracy and consistency.

• Perform other duties as assigned or required to meet the company’s goals and objectives.

Skills and Specifications

Essential

• Must have strong work ethic, problem solving and prioritization skills

• Outstanding interpersonal skills and demonstrable ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team and with internal and external stakeholders

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Strong attention to detail to ensure quality and accuracy

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Desirable

• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, and Adobe Premier Pro)

Education and Qualifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of professional experience

• Bachelor’s degree in communication, business, marketing or related field


Other Requirements

• Travel may be required (up to 10%)

• Team calls with US division will require flexibility in hours
